Our Productions

For 6 years F2T has been producing events to highlight local food and farmers. Our events include Harvest Dinners, Cream of the Crop Beer Festival, Rose Festival, Annual Pig and Oyster Roast, Cooking Classes, Butcher Paper Dinners, Great American Whiskey Fair, Back to the Roots Festival and Bubble Q. We have helped execute and produce Tasty Tomato Festival, Mardi Gras, Conservation Lobby Day Oyster Roast, Food Truck Rodeos, Bartender Challenges, WREN Launches in three cities, and many more.

Family Style or Buffet Dinner

Enjoy expertly created, farm-driven cuisine with ingredients sourced right on the farm. Harvest dinners are four courses and served family or buffet style, and include a signature cocktail and three wine pairings.  Price per person is before tax and gratuity and may vary based on the selection of ingredients. 30 person minimum 150 Maximum

Includes: Tables and Chairs, All China, Silverware, Linens, Centerpieces and Menu Design by our Resident Chefs

Low country Boil Package

We make this classic our own with house-made spices and local ingredients. Includes SC Shrimp, Smoked Sausage, Potatoes, and Corn on the Cob. Host the dinner at City Roots, our in-town sustainable partner farm, or let us travel to your location. Priced per person before tax and service charge.

Oyster and pig roast packages

Enjoy expertly roasted heritage hog and shuck oysters in the fresh outdoors with a cold beer in hand, leaving the details to us. Host your event at City Roots farm or let us travel to you. Includes local heritage hog roasted over an open fire and basted with Lou Hutto's signature LowCo BBQ sauce. Mac n’ cheese, collards, cornbread, slaw and baked beans. SC coast oysters and set-up, shuckers, saltines, hot sauce, oyster tables and table wrap.

Allergies and Frequently asked Questions

Date Hold and Timeline

Once we have received your wedding or event proposal request form, we will be in touch within two business days to confirm the date or advise you if there are holds in place.  If the date is available, we’d love to schedule a free get acquainted call with you to discuss your budget and vision.

Note on Weddings:  In many cases, we are contacted a year or more in advance for wedding date reservations.  In this event, we will provide a preliminary estimate based on your menu profile and service requirements. A signed contract and 50% deposit are due within one week of receipt of the contract.  Once we have received the signed contract and deposit, your date is reserved.  Three months prior to your event date, our catering team will work with you to finalize the menu, arrange for rentals and confirm bar service as necessary.

Rentals

We work with a variety of rental and event companies based on the venue and the client's style. F2T charges a 20% service charge for coordination and handling of rentals related to food and beverage service.  We can assist you in choosing your tableware and linens or select for you. We will ensure all rentals are accounted for and properly returned when the event is over. If a wedding planner or day of coordinator is hired for the occasion and their services include rental management, F2T will require copies of all rentals 6 weeks before the event.

Dietary Preferences and Food Allergies

F2T Catering specializes in customized menus that allow for vegetarian needs to be met without compromising taste or quality. F2T Catering is happy to work with you and your guests’ needs. Many of our dishes can be modified to meet certain dietary preferences - just ask!

PLEASE NOTE: Gluten Free (gf) does NOT mean it is free of all spores and trace gluten and should not be considered safe for any person with severe celiac disease. It is the client’s responsibility to communicate any special dietary needs of their guests in advance. We can not guarantee allergen-free food for those who have life-threatening allergies.
