James Beard Dinner in New York City

F2T is hitting the road to NYC next month! We are honored to be invited to host a dinner at the James Beard House on Tuesday, November 7th and invite you to be a part of this special evening. 

The menu will highlight Slow Food's Ark of Taste ingredient initiative and feature a selection of heirloom crops, including Bradford Watermelon, American Groundnuts, and African Runner Peanuts, some of which have never been presented outside of South Carolina. 

The Chefs featured for this dinner include Kristian Niemi, F2T Partner and Owner and Chef at Bourbon; Frank Bradley, Executive Chef at Bourbon; Todd Woods, Executive Chef at Oak Table and Lou Hutto, Owner and Chef at LowCo Barbecue and Catering. 

Tickets are $175.

The Fortune Teller - High Wire Distilling Co. New Southern Revival Rye Whiskey with Five Spice-Infused Coffee, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, Scorched Earth Bitters, Coconut-Cognac Cream Fluff, and Bourbon-Smoked Sugar-Salt Rim

A selection of fine wines will be paired with each course of dinner.
