Smoke and Beer Festival

Come to City Roots and pick your local chefs best dish using a craft beer as either the secret ingredient or as a dish pairing. You decided the winner!  Local Columbia chefs will be competing for a grand prize from Budweiser and bragging rights from (11:30-2pm). You will be given a ticket when you arrive to submit your vote for the best dish. Breweries from the Carolinas and Georgia will be featured at our cash bars and if a taste is not enough you can purchase food by Farm to Table Event Co. from (11:30-3:30pm). Live music by Ashes of Old Ways and Tom Hall and the Plowboys. Tickets are $15.  Participating restaurants are:

The British Bulldog - Smoked Turkey & Brie - Bold Rock Cider/Kona Big Wave

City Limits BBQ – Smoked Brisket w/ Corn Relish - Swamp Cabbage Red IPA
