August Harvest Dinner

Join us for a harvest feast at City Roots farm! F2T Productions Chefs Kristian Niemi and Gabrielle Watson will be partnering up with Chefs Tito and Leila Marino from Embers and Ashes to prepare you a four course, family style farm to table dinner. Enjoy a welcome cocktail by Bourbon and wine pairings by Advintage. Tickets are $75. Gratuity not included.

First Course

Babaganoush-grilled local eggplant, za’atar, honeycomb crunch
and
Grilled Kofta Kebab-Anson Mills Benne Seed tahini, charred Palmetto Sweet onions, sherry brown butter, golden raisins, pine nuts

Second Course

Bounty Salad-Freshly Grown Farms mixed greens, salted Bradford watermelon, heirloom tomatoes, Palmetto Sweet onions, Goat Lady feta, Adluh cornbread croutons, City Roots basil

Third Course

Spiced and Wood-Grilled Lady Edison Pork Chops, charred SC peach chutney and spicy green chutney with bhindi masala (Indian spiced Bradford okra and heirloom tomatoes), Carolina Gold Rice

Dessert Course

Local Goat Cheesecake- SC pecans, honey, cardamom, bourbon
