A Columbia favorite, now in its sixth year! Join us for our Annual Oyster and Pig Roast at City Roots. F2T Productions Pitmaster Lou Hutto from LowCo Barbecue & Catering will be cooking whole pigs from Wil-Moore Farms, F2T Catering Chef Gabrielle and F2T Chef Liason and Bourbon Columbia Executive Chef Frank Bradley will be mixing up some sides while Kristian Niemi is roasting clusters of Bulls Bay oysters for you to pick and shuck all day.
Your $65 ticket will cover all you can eat, expertly roasted whole hog pulled into delicious pork, clusters of Bulls Bays oysters from McClellanville, S.C., Mac n’ Cheese, Locally Sourced Collards, Cornbread, Blue Cheese Coleslaw and Baked Beans. Bring your shuckers, gloves, appetite and koozies!
We will have live music by Ashes of Old Ways, a cash bar, shucking tables and fires! This is a limited ticketed event, and you can only get tickets pre-sale. We will not be selling tickets at the door. We will start serving at 12:30 pm and stop at 4pm. Oysters will be served until 5pm.
Stoney Creek Cigars/South will also be there on site with their premium hand rolled and infused cigars for purchase. The Hand Rolled Cigars are hand infused from Premium Dominican tobaccos and top shelf spirits for delightful pairings and memorable palates.
