"Spring has Sprung" April Harvest Dinner

Join us for a Springtime Harvest Dinner feast at City Roots Farm. Chef Kristian Niemi from Bourbon/Black Rooster/Dragon Room and F2T Productions will be presenting a menu full of local, spring goodness paired with wines from Advintage.

First Course 

Charred Spring Onion Ravioli with House Ricotta, Ramp Pesto,  5-Onion Ash  

Salad Course  

Salad of Freshly Grown Farms Lettuces, Cottle Farms Strawberries, Candied Almonds, Pickled Spring Onions, NC Feta

Main Course 

Smoked Cheshire Farms Applewood Bacon-wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Local Mushroom-Herb Cream Gravy, Plancha-fried Potatoes and Rutabaga, Grilled Local Asparagus with Cured Egg Yolk and Bacon Bread Crumbs  

Dessert Course 

SC Lavender Shortcake with Grand Marnier-macerated Cottle Farms Strawberries and Diplomat Cream
