We are thrilled to Invite you for a four-course plated dinner, where the spotlight will be on the outstanding wines from Frederick Wildman & Sons. Adding to the excitement, we will be joined by Paolo Dal Gallo, a representative from Frederick Wildman & Sons, and Chef Kristian Niemi.

Chef Kristian Niemi will create a four course plated dinner with farm-fresh ingredients. Paolo Dal Gallo will take you on a wine-tasting experience, introducing you to the exceptional selection of wines from Frederick Wildman & Sons. From the delicate whites to the robust reds, each wine has been thoughtfully paired to elevate the flavors of the dishes.
