We are excited to invite you to our Summer Mediterranean Cooking Class, led by the talented Chef Gabrielle Baggette, where you'll have the opportunity to learn and create Mediterranean culinary delights. To complement the flavors of the dishes, Ian Hancock will expertly pair each course with exquisite Mediterranean wines.
During the class, you'll have the chance to master the art of making Homemade Dolmade, a traditional Mediterranean dish bursting with flavors. You'll also explore the delightful combination of spinach, feta, and sesame in the Spinach-Feta Bourikas. Another highlight will be preparing Chicken or Tofu Mushroom Shawarma, a savory and satisfying dish served on pita bread. To add to the Mediterranean experience, you'll learn how to make Smoked Chickpea Hummus, a creamy and flavorful dip that will become a favorite at your gatherings. Lastly, indulge in the sweet finale of Halva Brownies accompanied by a raspberry coulis.
