About the event
Join Danielle Robinson who has over 15 years of experience in the wine industry and has worked directly and indirectly with F2T since its founding. She holds her Certified Specialist of Wine and Certified Sherry Wine Specialist with highest distinctions. Most recently, she apprenticed as a winemaker with Elk Cove in Oregon. A seasoned traveler and fluent in French, Danielle holds 2 degrees in International Relations and Management from Boston University.
This months wine class will focus on We will try 6 wines from around the world that have been vinified and aged in all sorts of different vessels. Danielle will talk about the reasons behind why winemakers choose what they use for their wines. Even better, all of the wines will be suitable for Thanksgiving and holiday meals. Come learn in a fun and friendly setting while you enjoy light appetizers!
This class will be inside the Farmhouse and will feature 6 different wine. Light apps will be provided. Â Additional bottles will be available to purchase for consumption onsite or to order for pick up.Â
Tickets are $65 tax and gratuity not included. Percentage of the ticket price supports The Charitable Plate 501 C3 Whose goal is to shepherd talent in the midlands community by providing scholarships to fund the advancement and growth of future chefs, farmers, and educational pursuits to strengthen our local food system and provide support to workers in times of crisis.
