With the recent transition of Black Rooster from French to Italian, Kristian has been spending more time in the kitchen than ever. To celebrate the new Black Rooster menu, he has crafted an Italian-inspired menu for our first Harvest Dinner of the new year! Paired with Italian wines from the Advintage portfolio, this dinner is going to be a fantastic way to kick off the new season of Harvest Dinners! Reception Cocktail - Amaretto Sour Seafood Lasagna - Carolina Shrimp, Crab, and Maine Lobster, Fontina-Parmesan Bechamel, Fresh Herbs Wood-Grilled Baby Romaine, Roasted Garlic-Balsamic Vinaigrette, Pickled Red Onion, House-smoked Bacon, Asher Blue Cheese Crumbles Pecan-smoked Cheshire Farms Porchetta with Fennel-Garlic Pan Jus, Creamed Winter Parsnip and Collards, Rosemary Roasted Potatoes Italian Rice Pie with Candied Orange and Whipped Amaretto Crema

Tickets are $85 tax and gratuity not included. Percentage of the ticket price supports The Charitable Plate 501 C3 Whose goal is to shepherd talent in the midlands community by providing scholarships to fund the advancement and growth of future chefs, farmers, and educational pursuits to strengthen our local food system and provide support to workers in times of crisis.
