Chefs Lou Hutto with LowCo Barbeque, Frank Bradley from Bourbon Columbia, Kristian Niemi with Bourbon Columbia and F2T Productions, Gabrielle Watson with F2T Productions, Josh Bumgarner from Smokey Loggins, and Aaron Siegel and Taylor Garrigan from Home Team BBQ will have six stations featuring items from a grill or smoker. Each station will be paired with different champagnes from around the world.

Chef Josh Bumgarner from Smokey Loggins is cooking up Smoked Phompkin Soup w/ Pulled Chicken and Crispy Skins
Chefs Aaron Siegel and Taylor Garrigan from Home Team BBQ will be cooking Smoked Chicken Cracklin' & Caviar with Creme Fraiche, Red Onion, Chive, Cured Egg Yolk
