Bourbon Dinner hosted by Eddie Russell, Master Distiller of Wild Turkey Distillery at 701 Whaley Market Building.

Join us for an evening of award-winning whiskeys from Master Distiller Eddie Russell of Wild Turkey, wood-grilled meat, farm-fresh vegetables, and great times with the Master! Chefs Kristian Niemi and Gabriele Watson from Bourbon and F2T will be preparing a four-course dinner to enjoy while tasting Wild Turkey and Russell's Reserve bourbons and ryes. This is an evening you won't want to miss and is one of the pre-fair events leading up to the 2019 Great American Whiskey Fair.

Reception begins at 6:30 with a Cocktail and small bites
Dinner and Whiskey Tasting at 7PM

First Course- Bourbon BBQ Shrimp and Grits

Second Course- Bounty Salad - Local Mixed Greens, Grilled Peaches, Goat Lady Feta, House Smoked Bacon, Toasted Pumpkin Seeds, Bourbon-Bacon-Mustard Dressing

Main Course- Wood-Grilled Certified Hereford Ribeye with Wild Turkey Caramelized Onions and Mushrooms, Rosemary-Garlic Potatoes, Grilled Local Vegetables

Dessert- Salted Wild Turkey Bourbon Caramel Bread Pudding with Smoked Whipped Cream

$95 - Dinner and all libations included. If you have a special bottle of Wild Turkey you would like autographed by Eddie, please bring it.
