Date Hold and Timeline
Once we have received your wedding or event proposal request form, we will be in touch within two business days to confirm the date or advise you if there are holds in place. If the date is available, we’d love to schedule a free get acquainted call with you to discuss your budget and vision.
Note on Weddings: In many cases, we are contacted a year or more in advance for wedding date reservations. In this event, we will provide a preliminary estimate based on your menu profile and service requirements. A signed contract and 50% deposit are due within one week of receipt of the contract. Once we have received the signed contract and deposit, your date is reserved. Three months prior to your event date, our catering team will work with you to finalize the menu, arrange for rentals and confirm bar service as necessary.
We work with a variety of rental and event companies based on the venue and the client's style. F2T charges a 20% service charge for coordination and handling of rentals related to food and beverage service. We can assist you in choosing your tableware and linens or select for you. We will ensure all rentals are accounted for and properly returned when the event is over. If a wedding planner or day of coordinator is hired for the occasion and their services include rental management, F2T will require copies of all rentals 6 weeks before the event.

F2T Catering specializes in customized menus that allow for vegetarian needs to be met without compromising taste or quality. F2T Catering is happy to work with you and your guests’ needs. Many of our dishes can be modified to meet certain dietary preferences - just ask!
